Reporting to the Sales Director 

What you will do:

  • Work with the Sales Director and NSM to strategise, forecast and exceed agreed annual sales targets and KPI's
  • Work with management to set and achieve the sales strategy for your region, including business development and growth initiatives
  • Develop long-term, high-value partnerships with our customers - existing and new 
  • Forecast sales projections, developing and actively managing own sales pipeline 
  • Prepare and participate in regular sales tracking meetings 
  • Demonstrate commercial focus and acumen
  • Deliver excellent service levels and inspire loyalty from your customer-base 
  • Ensure our CRM (Salesforce) is accurate and up-to-date - with both customer and opportunity details 
  • Act as a credible ambassador for DWW


Who you are: 

  • You have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A clear and confident communicator, you'll have excellent verbal and written skills and an eye for detail
  • A self-starter organised and methodical in your approach
  • Driven, with a desire for success 
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor technical messages  
  • Experience in specification sales 
  • Ideally a knowledge of the exterior lighting market

Reporting to Business Operations Manager

What you will do:

  • Direct and control the Customer Support function to ensure a first-class delivery of quotations, orders and services that meet our customers’ expectations;
  • Build long-term, high-value customer relationships;
  • Manage, mentor, train and motivate staff to help improve the level of service provided by everyone in the team;
  • Handle complaints swiftly and efficiently;
  • Prioritise workload for your team;
  • Research and implement new market leading processes to improve service;
  • Work to achieve business targets with a can-do attitude.


Who you are:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (preferably in the manufacturing sector);
  • A clear and confident communicator - you'll have excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Process driven - able to handle confidential information;
  • Naturally helpful, always willing to go the extra mile;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPI’s;
  • Knowledge and experience of Infor Visual CRM, or similar;
  • Knowledge and experience of SalesForce, or similar.
