To help minimise disruptions, DW Windsor has introduced SupportTag; an intelligent QR-based solution to help streamline the luminaire maintenance process.
How SupportTag works
SupportTag is a QR-based system used to identify products quickly, ensuring maintenance issues are handled as efficiently and effectively as possible. During production, SupportTag labels are packaged alongside luminaires, ready to be fitted within the column base on site. SupportTag labels feature a unique QR code that, when scanned, provides access to important project details, including unique product information and, if necessary, the ability to request replacement parts.
Receive luminaire and SupportTag label;
During installation, attach label within column base;
If a fault is reported, a maintenance contractor will scan the code within the affected luminaire;
Our dedicated technical team will help to identify and resolve any issues;
If needed, a new part will be dispatched within 24 hours.
