Reporting to the CEO. You will play a leading role in maximising market penetration and profitability for a range of key products. 

What you will do:

  • As the Senior Product Manager, you will embed yourself within the sector, undertaking market research, competitor, customer and sales analysis
  • You will understand the pain points of our customers, as well as competitor offerings, to help inform sales and marketing strategies
  • You will develop and implement the Product Strategy, product propositions and pricing in-line with business objectives and work with the marketing team to develop go-to marketing plans
  • Communicate product strategy progress to the CEO and Board
  • Provide strategic direction to Product Manager(s)
  • Ensure product roadmap is realised to plan

 

Who you are: 

  • 8+ years’ experience in a senior product management role, working towards Head of Product Management
  • Ideally with a degree in Business, Engineering or Marketing or a mix of other appropriate qualifications and strong, relevant experience
  • Lighting experience preferred but not essential
  • Passionate about what you do and highly driven
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work effectively with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers
  • Commercial and creative
  • Strong project management skills

Reporting to the Sales Director 

What you will do:

  • Work with the Sales Director and NSM to strategise, forecast and exceed agreed annual sales targets and KPI's
  • Work with management to set and achieve the sales strategy for your region, including business development and growth initiatives
  • Develop long-term, high-value partnerships with our customers - existing and new 
  • Forecast sales projections, developing and actively managing own sales pipeline 
  • Prepare and participate in regular sales tracking meetings 
  • Demonstrate commercial focus and acumen
  • Deliver excellent service levels and inspire loyalty from your customer-base 
  • Ensure our CRM (Salesforce) is accurate and up-to-date - with both customer and opportunity details 
  • Act as a credible ambassador for DWW

 

Who you are: 

  • You have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A clear and confident communicator, you'll have excellent verbal and written skills and an eye for detail
  • A self-starter organised and methodical in your approach
  • Driven, with a desire for success 
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor technical messages  
  • Experience in specification sales 
  • Ideally a knowledge of the exterior lighting market
