Dover Harbour Board required a luminaire that could withstand the harsh maritime climate while casting light over the wide seafront road as well as the promenade. This was a tough challenge in itself. Add the need to pick up the stylistic cues of the surrounding architecture and you have a daunting proposition – one which we met with our high performance, high ingress-resistant Optima series.  Such was the designs success we used it as the basis for a new luminaire: the Dover, now one of our most popular products.
