How it works

Minimising the damage

The bollard has been struck by a vehicle
and the junction piece fractures at its
breaking point.

Dismantling the bollard

The two parts of the broken junction piece
are removed from the bollard and ground
socket.

Assembling the bollard

A new junction piece (c) is fitted into the
ground socket (a), the bollard (b) placed in
position and secured with the clamping bolt
set (d).

Removing the bollard

The bollard may be removed to create
temporary access for planned events. A cap
is available to blank off the ground socket
when the bollard has been removed.
